Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash, plan tier.
• Images you upload for enhancement — stored only as long as needed to return the result + 30 days for re-download, then deleted.
• Device + usage data for reliability (IP, user agent, crash logs).
• Payment data processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

How we use it

• Run AI photo enhancement and return results to you.
• Meter plan usage and bill accurately.
• Improve models via opt-in only. Default: your images are NOT used for model training.

What we do NOT do

We don't sell personal data. We don't share your images with third parties for advertising or training without explicit consent. We don't perform facial recognition or identification on your uploads.

Third-party processors

Stripe (billing), Railway (hosting), RunPod (GPU inference), SendGrid (email). Their privacy policies apply to their portions.

Encryption

HTTPS in transit, encrypted at rest.

Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete at any time — email hello@lumenly.studio. CCPA/CPRA and GDPR rights honored on request.

Retention

Uploaded + enhanced images: 30 days. Account data: until deletion request.

Children

18+. No knowing collection from under-13.

Changes

Material changes notified 30 days in advance.
